Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Telkom SA is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client needs and requests. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement. 5. Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining client records and documentation. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience in project management and planning. 6. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
