Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Client Service Representative to join our team at Bidvest Group. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our products and services - Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
