Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Specialist to join our team at Foschini Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner. 2. Maintain client records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions. 4. Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. 5. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide seamless service to clients. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies. 7. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to improve service offerings.
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client service or related role. - Strong dedication to providing exceptional client service. - Resourceful problem-solving skills. - Creativity and strategic planning abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
