Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team at Clicks Group in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time, entry-level position with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist with negotiation and conflict resolution to ensure positive outcomes for both the client and the company - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving client service and retention - Handle client inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information about products and services - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Dedication to providing excellent service and building lasting relationships with clients - Reliable and able to work independently - Negotiation skills and ability to handle conflict effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
