Job Description:
Clicks Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, place orders, and resolve any customer issues or complaints. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and trends. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention. 7. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and revenue. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and independent with the ability to problem-solve effectively. 3. Strong persuasion and analysis skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
