Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Bidvest Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving any client concerns or issues - Providing product recommendations and upselling opportunities to clients - Tracking and documenting client interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
