Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Service Specialist to join our team at Bidvest Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with inquiries, account management, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Client Service team - Contribute to a positive and professional working environment

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - High school diploma or equivalent
