Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Soweto, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident and independent, with strong presentation and innovative skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Provide exemplary customer service by actively listening to clients and offering solutions to meet their needs - Educate clients on Sanlam's products and services to ensure they are maximizing their benefits - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall service - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
