Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Distell Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and company policies - Assist clients with order processing, account management, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home
