Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Clicks Group is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and propose improvements to our services. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions for client challenges. 6. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products or services. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Passion for helping clients and finding solutions to their problems. 7. Comfortable taking calculated risks to drive innovation and progress. 8. Visa sponsorship, Paid sick leave, and Joining Bonus available to successful candidates.
