Job Description - Remote Client Support Assistant

Telkom SA is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients through various communication channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system. 4. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining client records. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support delivery.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients remotely. 2. Strong research and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and technical issues. 3. Proficiency in planning and organizing tasks to meet client needs efficiently. 4. Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred. 5. Knowledge of telecommunications and computer systems is a plus. 6. Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
