Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Remgro is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in client support.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with any inquiries, concerns, or requests they may have via phone, email, or in person - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective client support - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on all products and services offered by Remgro to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team


Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues - High school diploma or equivalent required
