Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team at Sasfin Bank as a part-time, work-from-home position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is an entry-level role with zero years of experience required, making it a great opportunity for someone just starting out in their career.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. - Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex client issues. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. - Help identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the client support function.
