Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Client Support Associate to join our team at Mondi Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product selection, orders, and any other related issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and make recommendations for enhancements - Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and targets

Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to problem-solve and think critically - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
