Job Description:


Sasfin Bank is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, and general banking support. 3. Identify and escalate complex client issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Conduct research to address client questions and concerns effectively. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Provide proactive support to clients by offering personalized solutions and guidance. 7. Complete administrative tasks related to client accounts and documentation. 8. Stay informed about banking products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role within the banking industry. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. 4. Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging client situations. 5. Strong negotiation and research skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and banking software. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
