As a Remote Client Support Associate at Nedbank Group in Soweto, Gauteng, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. 2. Offer guidance and support to clients navigating our online platforms and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to the appropriate departments. 6. Stay up to date on product and service offerings to effectively assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions. 2. Strong leadership skills to guide clients through challenges and showcase empathy. 3. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. 4. Proficiency in communication to convey information clearly and concisely. 5. Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
