Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through our services - Conduct research to effectively address client needs and provide informed solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Contribute to a positive and productive remote working environment
