Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, passionate, possess emotional intelligence, and excel at problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients remotely via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings - Actively listen to clients and demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using technology and navigating various software platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required - No prior experience necessary, training will be provided - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
