Job Description:
Adcock Ingram, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem-solving for clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Assist in creating training materials and resources for clients to enhance their experience with our products - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our clients
Requirements: - Proven experience in client support or a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Resilience to handle challenging situations and a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Leadership qualities to guide clients through complex issues and persuade them to adopt best practices - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field is a plus
