Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and technical support related to the company's products or services. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to client problems and provide accurate information. 4. Make decisions on how to best resolve client issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 5.
