We are currently seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team at Kumba Iron Ore in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Client Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively - Developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate client support activities and ensure smooth delivery of services - Monitoring client feedback and implementing necessary changes to enhance the client experience - Providing regular reports and updates on client support metrics and performance - Training and mentoring support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery - Acting as a point of contact for escalations and complex client inquiries
