Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and driven Client Support Manager to join our team at Adcock Ingram in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement - Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing client support processes - Manage and prioritize multiple client requests effectively to meet deadlines - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a client support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
