Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Massmart Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional remote support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. 5. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client support processes.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: adaptable and confident. 2. Soft skills: excellent communication and creativity. 3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 4. Proven experience in client support or a similar role. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
