Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Old Mutual. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote client support specialists and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote client support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the client support team, including monitoring KPIs and performance metrics. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field. - Proven experience as a client support manager or similar role. - Strong leadership and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
