Job Description:
Kumba Iron Ore is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team based in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience and a passion for client support and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our client support team remotely, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote client support team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the client support process and overall customer experience. 3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance communication. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track client support performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client support management.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Proven track record of managing remote teams effectively. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. 6. Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
