Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team at Cell C in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and issues, and will work closely with internal teams to address any client-related issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as a liaison between the client and the company. 2. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly. 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 6. Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients. 8. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients. 9. Participate in meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates on services.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Resilient and passionate personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
