Job Description:
Truworths International is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a remote client support manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients from a distance, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and support client accounts remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients - Provide regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote client support
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client support role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong creativity and problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
