Job Description:
Alexander Forbes is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client support and management, the ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of remote clients, providing top-notch support and ensuring their needs are met. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues. 3. Utilize various communication channels to proactively reach out to clients, provide updates on services, and gather feedback. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. 5. Monitor client accounts, track client interactions, and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Present key findings and recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support and management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client support and management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. 7. Confidence in presenting to clients and colleagues.
