Client Support Manager

Job Description: Capitec Bank is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful client management.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on our products and services. 3. Develop strategic plans to increase client satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Monitor client feedback and work with the team to continuously improve our products and services. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients. 7. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update on our latest offerings and gather feedback. 8. Handle escalations and resolve any client disputes in a timely and professional manner. 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client support management. 10. Train and mentor junior members of the client support team.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude. 7. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
