Job Description:
Telkom SA is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. The Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client issues and inquiries - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and performance, proactively addressing any issues that may arise - Prepare and present reports on client support metrics and KPIs to management - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong sense of professionalism - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and creativity skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
