Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at Bidvest Group, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with personalized support to meet their needs.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business with Bidvest Group. 2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any client issues. 3. Understand clients' needs and provide them with solutions tailored to their requirements. 4. Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 6. Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance client support processes. 8. Train and mentor junior client support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or account management roles. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding customer expectations. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 5. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve to address client needs. 6. Driven and dedicated with a strong work ethic to deliver exceptional client support. 7. Persuasion skills to influence client decisions and drive revenue growth. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client interactions and data effectively.
