Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Rand Merchant Investment Holdings (RMI) is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in client support and management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of remote clients, providing exceptional support and assistance as needed. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues in a timely manner. 3. Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions. 5. Develop and maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and updates. 6. Utilize various communication channels to provide remote support to clients efficiently. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively manage client relationships. 2. Strong persuasion and presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients. 3. At least 5 years of experience in client support or related fields. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software.
