Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and energetic Client Support Manager to join our team at Shoprite Holdings in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client support and customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives - Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Analyze client data and feedback to make informed business decisions - Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Implement best practices for client support and continuously improve processes - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client support or customer service - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
