Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Cell C, a leading telecommunications company. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home, located in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA.


As a mid-to-senior level Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:


- Leading and motivating a team of client support representatives to achieve customer satisfaction targets - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the client support experience - Providing training and mentorship to team members to improve performance - Resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolution - Analyzing data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Monitoring performance metrics and reporting on key performance indicators


To be successful in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in a client support role, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: passion and energy, as well as soft skills such as adaptability and creativity.
