Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa. This is a part-time position that allows the flexibility of working from home.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Analyze client feedback and develop strategies to improve overall client satisfaction - Provide training and guidance to clients on how to best utilize our products and services - Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate billing and invoicing - Prepare reports on client satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a client support or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and motivated with a strong sense of initiative - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
