Job Description:
MTN South Africa is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Officer to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
