Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


MTN Group, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Assist in creating client support documentation and training materials.
