Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


MMI Holdings is currently seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, issue resolution, and general support. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and implement solutions. 6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and escalate any concerns to management. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client support protocols and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
