Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Netcare in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent client support through various communication channels such as emails, phone calls, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with technical issues, account inquiries, and general questions. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible. 6. Work independently and efficiently to meet performance goals set by the company. 7. Provide innovative solutions to client issues and continuously improve support processes. 8. Adapt to changing customer needs and proactively seek ways to enhance the client experience. 9. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. 3. Demonstrated innovation and creativity in problem-solving. 4. Proficiency in using various communication channels and CRM systems. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 7.
