Client Support Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team at Remgro. This is a unique opportunity to work from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng on a part-time basis.

As a Client Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and updating client information as needed.

In addition, you will work closely with our sales team to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and assist in closing sales. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must be driven and resilient, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. You must also have strong leadership and planning skills, as you will be responsible for managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. A background in sales or account management is a plus.
