Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team at Truworths International. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client needs. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 3. Resourceful and motivated to exceed performance goals. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 5. Demonstrated creativity and teamwork skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
