Job Description:
Telkom SA is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients via phone, email, or in-person to address their needs and concerns. 2. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services in order to provide accurate information to clients. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience. 4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on any changes or upcoming events. 5. Assist with the implementation of strategic planning initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 6. Provide feedback to management on trends in client inquiries and feedback to help improve our products and services. 7. Manage client projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. 8. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management and strategic planning abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be motivated, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
