Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution. 3. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients. 8. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by embodying the company's values.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients. 2. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office suite. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 6. Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and providing solutions. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
