Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Multichoice Group is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess strong project management and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist clients with account management and product inquiries - Document and track client interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve processes - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively - Critical thinking abilities to analyze situations and make informed decisions - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
