Client Support Representative

Job Description:

The Foschini Group is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong time management and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address client inquiries - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
