Client Support Representative

As a Client Support Representative at Bidvest Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving client issues and concerns effectively and efficiently 3. Providing product information and guidance to clients 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience 6. Maintaining client records and updating information as needed

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Prior experience in customer service or client support roles preferred 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 7. Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
