Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As an Associate Level Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong leadership and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software - Knowledge of financial services and insurance products (preferred) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
