Job Description:
Kumba Iron Ore is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints - Provide product information and personalized recommendations to clients - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Communicate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently - Innovative mindset and the willingness to adapt to changing customer needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Ability to work from home in a quiet and dedicated workspace
