Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to clients. 3. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints. 4. Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 8. Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.

Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. 2. Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification is a plus.
