Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a Client Support Representative to work from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved. 5. Educate clients on company products, services, and policies. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong cooperation and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
